If a flight is canceled due to a controllable irregularity (problems under JetBlue's control) and no replacement flight is available within an hour of departure, JetBlue can give passengers a $50 or $100 credit, depending on when the flight has been canceled. JetBlue will offer passengers $75 to $250 vouchers for very long delays (more than 3 hours), depending on the length of the delay.
