The sensitivity of the kit is single copy (detection rate is 100%), and the false positive ratio is less than 5%. The target gene of this kit is the SARS-CoV-2 N protein gene.

Using LAMP amplification technology, under constant temperature conditions, the properties of nucleic acid molecules are amplified exponentially, which amplifies RNA or DNA by 109 to 1010 times within 40 minutes. After the amplification is completed, the amplified nucleic acid molecules are combined with the OTG dye (Orange to Green), which changes from orange to bright green. Whether the sample contains the target virus molecule can be determined by visual observation. The positive sample is bright green, and the negative sample is bright green/orange

Nucleic acid extraction-free samples: 5 渭L of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and urine.
Nucleic acid extraction samples required: virus fluid samples preserved in high salt, serum, plasma, saliva, sputum
