Turn on the printer and make sure that it is connected to a power source.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer for 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi lamp will blink quickly.
On your computer, open a web browser and go to the Canon iX6800 wireless setup page. The address is usually printed on the back of the printer.
Enter the password for your wireless network and click on Connect.
The printer will connect to the wireless network.
You should now be able to print from your computer.

Some access points (also known as routers or hubs) have an automatic connection button labeled "WPS," which stands for canon ix6800 wireless setup and allows authorized devices to connect to your network without entering a password. If your access point has a WPS button, click 'WPS Connection Method' below for information on connecting your PIXMA printer using this method.
